My Opportunity Radar is a user-operated prospect research tool. It analyses Facebook content that the user has chosen to load and scan in their own browser.
Information we process
We may process account information such as your name, email address, subscription status and usage. When you use Radar, the service may process visible Facebook post/comment text and related context needed to analyse relevance. If you save a prospect or group, that information may be stored in your Radar account.
How we use information
We use information to provide the Radar service, authenticate accounts, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, provide AI analysis, support referral features and maintain service security.
AI processing
Relevant text submitted for analysis may be sent securely to our AI service provider to produce prospect scoring, summaries and suggested conversation openers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. My Opportunity Radar does not store complete card details.
Your data
Users should only process information they are legitimately able to view and should use Radar responsibly. You may request deletion of your Radar account and stored account data by contacting the service operator.
Marketing
Where marketing emails are sent, they should include an unsubscribe option and be used in accordance with applicable consent and privacy requirements.
